Agree completely. We don't celebrate Valentine's Day for that exact reason! Beautiful post Jo. x
ReplyDeleteThanks Jen, We always have a nice meal in, no TV, Radio just peace to chat together. I can't abide the whole commercialism of it these days! Thanks for visiting and commenting, Jo xx
DeleteAlthough we do celebrate valentine's day in our household, we know it's the little loving gestures throughout the year that really count. The back rubs, cups of tea made, hugs, conversation, listening, small no-reason gifts - they are the real things.
